Exceptional. Every little detail was in place for our comfort during a long-ish stay. The location was truly wonderful -so close to everything yet in a friendly neighborhood with nice people.Picking a place to stay is sometimes hard but this home in Hancock is a slam dunk. Its actually prettier than the pictures and the details - from pillow choices to high end washer/dryer even a huge garage made this absolutely divine.Rachel runs a great property and I plan to stay again!

I was in town working on an architectural project and found Rachel’s property in Allandale. The Hancock Modern was clean and comfortable and felt like home. I was able to get some work done in the peace and quiet and enjoy the local restaurants. The neighborhood is super walkable and authentically Austin.

We come to visit family in Austin from time to time.We enjoyed our stay in the Hancock Modern; great neighborhood with many nearby restaurants and cafes.We walked in the nearby park and on the hike and bike trail.Very clean and comfortable.

Excellent! Comfortable, well-located home with lots of space. Nicely appointed and perfect for entertaining. We stayed a month and had everything we needed, including a charming, responsive land lady. Thank you, Rachel!

Happy to find this wonderful air BNB it was perfect for a large group. Well furnished with plenty of towels and dishes for a large group, they even had kids dishes and some toys
