I believed that owning a home was something that was not possible for me due to a less than perfect credit history. I was surprised,and a little dubious when Chris, at Forte, suggested I try to get conventional financing. Well, not only did we get our financing, but Chris and Erika were able to tick every one of the numerous boxes we had for our house purchase. Schools, location, size etc. They made the unlikely a reality for us. I am so glad that we contacted Forte. No regrets, and nothing but praise for a job well done.

Thank you for your excellent stewardship through stormy seas of ‘owner financing’. We are finally closed! It’s been great to work with Forte Properties. Chris and Erika were professional, knew their real estate and it was fun to boot. Forte Properties has been exceptional in so many ways. It is refreshing to work with people like you, who are gracious and considerate . This was not possible in California for us, even though my family were natives and had many generations of residency. Thank you for making this such a pleasant experience.

If there was a 5 star option I would have picked it! Chris and Erika at Forte absolutely made a process that could have been a nightmare as easy as possible. Moving to Austin from out of state, I started my search online for owner finance property, and mostly got a lot of spam a solicitation emails and no real customer service. Then I emailed about a home in the middle of the night and got a response within the hour. Chris held my hand and walked me through the process, answering emails with genuine concern and well researched answers. Erika was available to show us homes anytime we asked, sometimes a second and third time, and was sweet and patient. I cant say enough, and they went above and beyond what even people we consider family would have done for us. I would whole heartedly recommend Forte for your real estate needs, and I consider Chris and Erika my guardian angels. :D - The Swanson Family

After being a renter for the last 3 years, I decided to look in to owner finance homes. I found Forte Properties and am so thankful I did. During the entire process, Mr. Casperson was there for us in every way. He provided us with all the information we needed to select a location and a home, and facilitated a smooth closing. One of Chris’s strongest attributes is patience. He is also thoughtful, considerate and never pushy. In fact, he went out of his way to assure that our owner financed home purchase was one that we were 100 percent comfortable with. It was a pleasure to deal with someone that made the experience as stress free as possible. He along with the entire team over at Forte Properties are true professionals.
