    Entire moving process was great, from the moment I called the complex about available units up until I picked up my keys, Ty is AMAZING and so full of life and welcoming, Angie was great & very compliant with my needs and made adjustments that were needed with no hesitation, Tammy was great as well. Thanks ladies and I’m glad to be a part of the community :). If the lease term is gonna be anything like the move in process I’m definitely here for it.-Linear

    I’m still fairly new here, but I feel very relaxed here. It is well kept and the landscape is well manicured. I am excited to experience community events/games and whatever else this property has to offer.

    The office staffing is amazing they had almost everything you can think of for the resident for Valentine’s Day , that was so amazing & generous …. What a amazing valentines their the one 😩🙌🏾

    Ruby has been nothing short of amazing! Her customer service and professionalism is truly top tier! She has made tremendous efforts in assisting me with my application and for that, I must commend her. The property itself is very relaxing and quiet, I haven’t been acquainted with the rest of staff but so far, everyone seems welcoming and polite.

    Love my new apartment home. The office staff is amazing and quickly respond to our needs. Love Gilbert in the office he is always smiling and very helpful. Tammy & Angela sure do know how to make you feel part of the community. Grateful to have found District 2308 & I really do love that they come with Internet & cable.

    These apartments are super nice! Very nice front office staff! Gilbert, Tammy, Angela were all super helpful and very kind. could honestly not have had a better experience! I will be recommending this complex to friends and family. :)

    LEESA is great! Okay, understand me when I tell you she’s a wonderful person! All office staff are friendly and ready to help you! Their maintenance team is fast and smart. I’ve never rented an apartment where I put in a work order and 30 mins later they’re knocking at the door. WILLIE is very knowledgeable when it comes to his job! I appreciate them a lot for the hard work they give. My apartment is my comfortable spot it’s quiet and peaceful. Love it !

    District 2308 has a great office staff, I have no problem getting things done when needed, I feel welcome everytime I go to the office, they always have complementary drinks, and little snacks for the guests, Angela, Tammy ,Gilbert are a great crew staff, they always greet you at the door,and they have no problem with trying to keep you happy at whatever situation you may have, They treat you like family!!! They really are great people....

    Love the community. Gilbert was holding the forth doing everything. He was the only one in the office. He did our tour, talked to tenants and put in work work orders and also help us with the application. it was just too much going on and our visit took a very long time. But Gilbert was excellent and professional

    Valerie is awesome! I’ve lived here for two years now and she has always been the same since the first day we met. She’s kind, patient, helpful and very efficient. She make sure you’re comfortable in your home, as if it were her own home. Thanks for all you do Valerie. Keep up the great work!!

    I moved into Heritage Fields in December of last year. The best apartment experience I have ever had. I recently upgraded to a bigger apartment and everything went smoothly. Valerie, TJ and Leesa are really dedicated. Through the process and my current stay I have actually been saving money. Thanks ladies!

    Just moved in a few weeks ago and its pretty quite. Maintenance has been on top of everything i have needed. In the office you have an awesome young lady named Valerie that will go above n beyond for you. Valerie has made my application n moving in process so simple always with a smile. Thanks Valerie for making me feel so welcome.

    Im impressed! I walked in without an appointment and asked for a place to move in, that day; I had keys by four pm. I thought Id hear back from them a couple weeks later; I was wrong. 10/10 would recommend.

    Nice place to live in. Very good customer service. Latisa and Quinton in the apartment office are very helpfull. I lived there for 12 months and recently moved out. Area is kept pitty clean, i used to see the apartment workers walking around parkinglot every morning cleaning stuff and picking trash.Maintainance was very quick and easy online request. Area is safe as well. Walking distance from 24hr gym and Bar.

    I just want to say after me driving around looking for an apartment , Calling all the apartments with no luck feeling so discouraged I called here (Heritage Fields) the young Lady that answered her name is TJ I just want say Thank you ! She was so helpful in meeting all my needs patiently explaining everything where I understood we need More women like her.

    I’ve been here for about 2-3 months... and the reviews I’m reading are false! These ppl are very sweet trust me, it’s not perfect anywhere of course your going to have problems but communication is key I called them for 1 problem for about a week straight and no one ever got rude with me and always willing to help I think ppl just over exaggerating it’s quiet and worth every penny! Super sweet to my son he Loves them... I had to leave my review

    I just moved from here about 2weeks ago and honestly I can say I never had a problem with the leasing/management or even maintenance staff maintenance always came right on time if I had an issue and if I had any concerns that I brought to management attention they listened and fixed it I can say I had a good time stay here.
