I just would like to first say thanks to Castle Real Estate, Inc for assisting me for a few years in watching over my property while living abroad. Mr. Castle and his son Mr. Timothy Castle helped me through a-lot of business decisions and selling the property in the most professional way. They maintained the proper communication and sent me anything that I needed. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for a great management company for your property or properties.

I had such an amazing, easy and stress free time using Mr Andy Grimes. Any time I wanted to look at a home for sale he replied very quickly and set it up just as quick. Something else I really enjoyed about him is that he tells you how it is. He doesn’t try to play up a house that is being made to look better through lighting or clever pictures. Overall I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new home!

Where do I begin? Over 4 years ago, I phoned Summer Boudreaux to see if she would list some land that I wanted to sell. I had already spoken to several other realtors in Lake Charles, La., but none were very optimistic about selling the land for the price I felt it was worth. Summer was very positive and encouraging from the start. She brought a few contracts to the table initially that didn’t work out, but then brought a buyer that did have the opportunity to acquire the funds. After 3 years of going through several different contracts, Summer landed a deal that was higher than anyone ever thought was possible. She’s the most energetic, protective, empathetic, positive and determined agent I’ve ever dealt with from a seller’s viewpoint, and I have sold several properties over the past 40 years. I’m totally grateful to her, Tim Castle and Gregg for all that they did to finally bring this to fruition, and I would 100% recommend their work ethics and integrity.
