Just bought my first home with Brad Kennerly and Kennerly Properties!Brad is a charming fellow and extremely knowledgeable; any questions I had were answered respectfully and comprehensively, no matter how basic they were. He was open to any suggestions I had and was quick to respond to any issues or requests.My work requires a great deal of travel, including during the time between the initial offer being made and closing. He kept me 100% apprised of all developments and I never wanted for more information.He did a great job working with the seller’s realtor and drove a hard bargain, resulting in me getting the best deal possible on a beautiful house in a great area.Wouldn’t dream of using anyone else in future property purchases. Amazing!!! He was always quick to answer my texts, quick to fix any issues, & the sweetest to talk to!! No problems moving in & no problems while moving out either. Communication is huge to me and there was a clear open line of communication with Brad! If I didn’t get a new job that made me need to move, I would’ve loved to continue renting from him.

Brad has been an absolute pleasure to rent from. He promptly addresses any maintenance issues at the rental, and had an AC technician to fix the AC at my door within half a day. When I had an issue with the plumbing, he made sure to take care of it the same day.He also made sure my deposit was returned at the end of my lease, and was honest and fair.

Brad managed my property for over 9 years. Hes professional and an industry expert. He often went above and beyond our contractual agreement in working with my tenant. He also helped me sell my unit at the perfect time and with ease! I highly recommend working with Brad for your rental, buying or selling needs.

Brad connected with me when I lived in CA, planning to move to TX. He sent listings to me and went to see those which I thought I might be interested in, even before I was ready to leave CA.I finally moved in October 2020, which ultimately turned into a once in a lifetime freezing, snowy winter; but Brad persevered showing me over 20 homes. Ultimately we found the perfect home. The seller and their agent were hesitant to allow certain tests and access to establish the state of the plumbing; and upon inspection found the roof needed replacement. Brad went to work to get the roof replaced, a reduction in price for foundation work .. and stepped up of his own accord to fix a plumbing issue that was not taken care of during the sale process and had it professional replaced for me.Next move will definitely be with him. I whole heartedly recommend anyone looking to move to the Dallas area to give him a call...you will be glad you did.
