We loved staying at Bindel! The apartment was beautifully furnished and everything was basically new. The bed was very comfy, the Internet was fast, and the soaps were a nice touch. Customer support was fantastic! Will stay with them again!

I stayed at East7th in Austin, Tx via the Bindel for a little over a month and had a great experience. The apartment was as shown on the website, and the Bindel team was very responsive to all my questions before and during my stay (thank you Mikayla!). Greatly appreciated their support and the ease of booking (quick responses, clear & quick process, no hidden fees, seamless check-in and check-out). I also enjoyed the location (loads of restaurants and bars nearby), and the staff at the apartment building was also great! Would definitely recommend using The Bindel!

Ive had such a great experience staying with The Bindel! The apartment itself is beautiful and has everything you need. Its in the perfect spot, minutes from countless restaurants and shops, very close to several grocery stores. It also has a beautiful pool and one of the best apartment gyms Ive come across. Brett has been more than timely in responding to texts and emails. He has worked very hard to make this place feel like a home to me. Any time I have needed to place a work order, he has been on it within in a matter of minutes. I have nothing, but great things to say about my stay and I look forward to the next two months here!

Thank you to The Bindel for making our sublease experience worry-free! We worked with Brett and Grace, and they were awesome! We had just relocated back to Austin, and they were able to find us a great sublet to stay in while we looked for a house. When our home renovations ran behind schedule, we were able to extend the sublease month-by-month with no issues. They are super communicative and friendly, and we always got a response within the hour to any questions we had. Since we stayed in a Bindel property, any apartment maintenance requests were also taken care of within a day or two. If youre looking for a sublease and dont want to navigate the shade that is Craigslist sometimes, we highly recommend The Bindel!

My husband and I recently leased an apartment for four months through The Bindel. We loved our rental and the furnishings and found working with Brett Cofman an absolute joy. He always responded quickly to any questions we might have and was always very pleasant. We had not looked forward to living in a temporary abode while our house was being completed but ended up loving the complex, the location and working with The Bindel. Thank you, Brett, for all you did to make our stay so very enjoyable!!

The most WONDERFUL experience!! Brett and his team at the Bindel made my short-term rental so seamless! They were so attentive and went above and beyond!! The apartment was clean, quiet, decorated beautifully, and in the best location! I had everything I needed, making my stay feel like home. Wouldnt rent anywhere else!!

I was looking for someone to take over my lease and I was contacted by the Bindel! It is just an amazing platform, they help me to find someone to sublease within one week. I strongly recommend you to use that tool, it is easy, fast and they are very present from the beginning to the end of the process and they give clear instructions.Grace was amazing with me!!!!

Brett the owner is one of the nicest people Ive met, super easy to meetup and grab keys. Everything about the unit was lovely. Will use again they are a wonderful service for finding a place to live for mid-term time frame cant recommend enough.
