They managed my home for over three years and did a great job. Matt Sletten and his crew at HCPM are honest, attentive, fair, and keep great books. How do I know? I got audited by the IRS! When that happens, you suddenly need TONS of paperwork to support your filing. HCPM had all the receipts, ledgers, and other required documents to help me support my tax claims. I couldnt be more appreciative of their service, time, and help. You cant go wrong contracting with these folks to manage your rental property. They do it right.
