    Best Service So Far, No Complaints, The Lady At The Office Of Emerson & Allister Named Lupe Was Very Helpful And Considerate To My Situation, Great Process & Was Able To Get a 2 Bedroom Apartment In Only 6 Days With Signed Contract.

    The staff is very professional and maintenance work orders are taken care of fast. William and Julio are super friendly! For the cost there is nothing to complain about. It is in close proximity to several grocery stores and next to a delicious taco truck in Riverside

    I have lived at Alister Apartments, formerly Lafayette Landing, for four years. I do enjoy living here, they are very quick on taking care of maintenance issues, unless it is a dead A/C. But, you cannot blame the apartment complex when they have to order parts, and then they have to get a truck to come lift the new A/C onto the roof. It is well maintained and gated. They are very personable and do try to accomodate everyones issues as they arise.

    I lived at Alister (formerly Lafayette Landing) for three years. If you want to live close to downtown and keep costs very low, this is your place. I had a non-renovated unit and it definitely looked (and smelled) like an old apartment. The pool was maybe only open for the first year I was there, but I didnt use it much anyway since it was usually greenish or full of people in full clothing (never understood that one). The new gym was a great touch that I really appreciated.Lets be honest, it is a rough neighborhood, and yes, there is a very large houseless population nearby. My bicycle was in fact stolen... but I stole it back from the houseless encampment on Riverside (so, yay victory). I had many adventures living there and can at least tell you that the people that work in the office are wonderful humans. (shoutout to William who is the absolute BEST) They were always good to me and I am grateful for having had my time there to get my feet back under me after a big transition in my life. Close to downtown. Inexpensive. 10 out of 10. Would do it the same way again.

    Ive been living here for 2 years and its been pretty amazing. Great location for food, scenery, swimming, partying sight seeing. These apartments are within reach of whatever your looking for which is awesome. The staff are super nice too and will work with you.

    The experience was amazing, thanks to William.Great person great leader and always kept a professional but comfortable appearance.This is a must-to-see location if you looking for a comfortable and affordable place to move to in Austin Texas.It’s also near Downtown Austin for beautiful walks, site seeing and just a night out!

    So we got and email from management to post about us living here.Humm its a little old but great price for the location.Office staff really nice always ready help. Maintenance staff super nice Julio and Jose always have a great smile and are always happy to help .

    Ive been living Alister for about 3 years the staff and maintenance personnel are great the complex grounds stay well maintained you dont have to wait for any request its done the same day or next so all in all its a nice quiet complex.

    Alot has changed since then, because I am currently a resident at Lafayette Landing. I can honestly say that its a great place to live, with an awesome location, right down the street from downtown austin! The front office staff are always friendly and whenever I have an issue about ANYTHING, they always go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure things are promptly taken care of, so dont believe everything thing you read, LafayetteLanding apartments is a great place to live in central Austin Texas!     Me and my boyfriend stop by to view the apartment and William explained all details unfortunately we could not find an apartment since they didnt have any available units to move in right away but he recommended their sister properties. Thanks for the tour buddy!

    Alister apartments is an excellent place to live. I have been there for two years and 2 months. To be honest, to this day I have no complaints. The office staff is very attentive and friendly, and when you need repairs in the apartment within 24 hours, you have your problem solved. . Car parking is sufficient and very secure.
