Alina has been incredible every step of the way. First of all, she started w/ assisting my parents, who are 80 y/o, purchase a home. She would spend ENTIRE days with them, carting them from house to house. My parents would argue over the different options, so as you can imagine, it became a very long process! Unfortunately for Alina, the home value was quite low, so her commission was low. For the amount of work that she did, she was significantly underpaid. In spite of this, she never complained and continued to work diligently to find the right home, even suggesting a lower price, leading to an even lower commission. I love my parents dearly, but they can be challenging in these sorts of scenarios. They found a home that satisfied them both at a really great price. We just celebrated a housewarming, which was quite the event, resulting in two very happy senior citizens! Thank you so much for taking GREAT care of them Alina!
