I have worked with Jamie Johnson for 3+ years and her commitment to excellence isnt just limited to clients. I manage leasing at another brokerage in town and collaborating across lines requires effort to learn new processes. Even though it took time on the front end, Jamie took her time to understand our processes so she could be more efficient in the long run. She invests into relationships instead of finding ways to make a quick buck. I always appreciate her feedback, which at times has resulted in process improvements for my team. Her long-term mindset, high EQ (emotional quotient), and ability to deliver make working with Jamie a great experience.

Jamie was fantastic from the start, from the initial house tour all the way through our move-in. She even met me early in the morning to hand over the keys, and her professionalism made me want to reciprocate. Jamie was always available, even outside regular hours, and provided helpful information throughout the process. Although we no longer communicate directly with her, she has set a high standard for what I expect from future realtors. I would definitely work with her again if I ever rent in the future!

We only lived in this apartment on N Main St. for 1 month before my partner and I got new jobs and had to relocate. Kayla helped us find a sublet and was able to save us a lot of money. It was such a hectic time in our lives. I was really grateful for Kaylas efforts and the clear communication. If I remember correctly, she was busy planning her own wedding at the same time, so it must have been hectic for her too. This was also one of the few companies that was more flexible in their leasing options with 6 month leases and 3 month extensions. We knew we might have to leave soon, so this was important to us.
