    We had a great experience with Anthony and the team! It all sort of happened out of fate with Anthony hosting an open house in our neighborhood and us popping in to check it out. We knew we wanted to put our house up for sale but didn’t know where to start. We set up a time to meet with Anthony and Chuck. They were great at walking us through what was going on in the market, the process, and what to expect. Communication with other team members was through email but was pretty straight forward. Anthony was AMAZING and PATIENT. He gave us places to check out new construction and previously built homes and was able to show us around. He also worked around our schedule which was so nice! We got an offer on our house within 35-40 days and closing was seamless. We finally decided on a new construction build and he was with us every step of the way.     Karina and her team were amazing! She was able to move so quickly and negotiate a great deal and get us in our home before the holidays so we could have a home for Christmas! Karina and her team helped us with some issues that have arose with the builder after moving in and she was able to get things fixed that I couldn’t do on my end. It can be stressful moving into a new home build and she was able to mitigate many issues for us. Karina has been so great at answering our messages and phone calls even over the holidays. When I contacted them I was messaged back very quickly. I was given a few options of realtors that I could work with and they listed the strengths of each realtor that was available.Based on all the criteria listed, Michelle Egli sounded like a perfect match for my family. Ever since the initial talk between us she put us first and went out of her way to make sure we found the perfect home. It is more challenging being out of state and not being able to look at places, but we felt 100% comfortable putting offers on houses and eventually buying our home without ever seeing it in person.     My wife and I started looking for a realtor several months before we moved to San Antonio to begin our search for a home. Michelle at Homefront United was the third realtor we reached out to among our recommendations from friends. They all came with stellar reviews, but we could tell that Michelle was different almost immediately. The other realtors we spoke to almost seemed to tell us what we needed in a house, but during our initial phone consult, Michelle truly listened to what we were looking for and to what we wanted and needed in a home. It truly felt as though she was trying to get to know us and our family so that she could better help us find the perfect home.We visited San Antonio in May 2022 to familiarize ourselves with the area a little more than what you can do by looking online. Michelle and her team worked with us during the week that we were there and still continued to learn what our preferences were.     If you are looking for a company to help you sell your home than this is the one. We had a pretty unique situation and hurdles that continued to pop up (especially just as we were closing) but the staff at Keller Williams Heritage pushed right on through with us and helped us at every step of the way. They communicated constantly (just the right balance as this never felt overbearing) and always seemed to have the right advice for us given our situation. Mr. Chuck Gafford (our selling agent) was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure everything went over smoothly. As an example, 1 day prior to closing, the appraisal returned with a siding needing some paint job and he jumped on it and got it taken care of that day to ensure we closed on time. We are beyond grateful for the work he put in as well as making himself available at all ours of the day. We did our best to keep calls within a respectable hour of the day but a few instances required this be overlooked. Not once was he upset, in fact, he is among one of the most positive and upbeat human beings I have ever encountered.
