We had a feel for what the value was of our custom built home that other realtors did not see. ZA saw it and got right behind us. Their staging team came in and transformed our home and took it to a different level. Unfortunately the market changed rapidly right after we listed but we stood by them and they stood by us. I don’t know if I have enough words to say how amazing Jen Zweiacker and her team are. We listed our home on March 1 with another agent. Traffic was almost none so we decided we needed to make a change. From the minute we contacted Jen it was an amazing experience. The knowledge she and her staff have is just incredible. They staged and listed our home sometime mid July. We had 18 showings in 8 days and 3 offers over asking price. We accepted an offer and had a back up offer. We were just blown away. The communication from not only Jen Z but from her team was Phenomenal. From daily showings to feedback of the showings etc etc. We were so blessed to have this team and cannot thank themEnough. Interviewed three realtors to sell our home and went with Jen/Z&A based on their thorough approach and focus on selling homes. I was hesitant to do a lot of repairs and cosmetic fixes. We followed the Z&A recommendations with my wife and I doing some of the repairs. We put in about 1.4% of the selling price into fixes. Z&A were particular to cosmetic/staging improvements and issues that would come up in the inspection. It was well worth the money that we put in. We did not see the inspection report, but the buyers did not request any modifications to the home. The staging done by Z&A was excellent. They use a warehouse of household goods (area rugs, furniture, knickknacks, artwork) to make the home more attractive. Also, Jen did some pre-emptive work to figure out why a home in our neighborhood sold below market price (distressed situation) and prepare comps for the appraisal, which they dont have to use but did...I think. Our house was on the market for ~22 days before we received an offer. Jen and team are excellent to work with. Highly recommend.

She has extensive connections/relationships with other agents, and knows the BCS area very well. She is detail orientated, energetic and knows what works and doesnt work when marketing a house. I was trying to sell my house in Indian Lakes at a difficult time (Apr 24) in the market. I highly recommend Zweiacker & Associates as someone to work with if you are trying to sell a home. My sister and I had a very interesting situation of trying to sell our Grandmas house. Other real estate companies in the area turn their head the other way. That was not what Jen did for us. They did everything in their power to help us get our Grandmas house sold. I highly recommend Jen Zweiacher at Zweiacher Realty. My wife and I have bought 8 houses and sold 7 over the years and Jen exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process.When Jen came to the house for our first interview, she explained her approach to customer satisfaction. She has a very different approach for sellers. Her firm has a team of full time people with high expertise in interior design, project management and contract administration. Her team made several recommendations for improving the marketability of the most recent house that we just sold. She stages houses as part of her service and this is very important in attracting potential buyers. The house we just sold is somewhat dated and in excellent condition. Her staff’s recommendations made the presentation of the house much better. She had a signed offer in under 2 months and the buyer required a few fixes as part of their offer. Jens on-staff project manager handled all of the details with a few contractors her firm uses. The work was done correctly on a tight schedule at a reasonable price.We selected Zweiacher Realty on May 9, 2018. A buyer made an offer on June 29, 2018 and it closed on July 31, 2018. Her contracts staff were available at all hours and super helpful. The whole process was amazingly pleasant, as contrasted to our previous experiences.Thank you Jen and all the excellent staff who work for Zweiacher Realty!

Throughout the entire process, he listened to what we wanted and needed and then he delivered--the house was under contract less than a week after going onto the market.Recently we were considering a move back to Bryan/College Station and Greg graciously gave me his time to consider several houses in a few different neighborhoods. Again, he listened attentively, asked good questions, and showed a thorough knowledge of the various neighborhoods. Im thinking the person with the negative review about rude people and not returning phone calls have them confused with someone else. I have done two transactions with Greg (bought two different homes) and both were fabulously put together. They were not high end real estate, yet I was treated like i was the most important customer they had and my schedule was accommodated through the entire process. Greg and Jen tag team with each other well and both are the nicest folks you will ever meet. Kristine (office support staff) was super helpful with documents and information. I highly HIGHLY recommend their real estate team and would never look at anyone else in the BCS area for my real estate needs. (and to be fair, I have a best friend in real estate in the town I was living in that was miffed that I didnt use her, but with Greg and Jens knowledge of the area and availability to show me houses, just worked better)
