Ms. Zakiyyah Carter helped us from our first phone call to seeing us off to our next duty station. She explained the entire process every step of the way. When we were frustrated and misunderstanding the situation, Zakiyyah was our breath of fresh air. She is one of the best realtors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I met Zakiyyah, in 2017 she introduced me to the real estate community here in San Antonio as a new Loan officer in the area. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable, and made my transition into the industry seamless. She uses this same approach with all of her clients, and I have seen these first hand partnering with her on deals. She is always highly responsive and a major advocate for her clients. Most importantly she treats each and every clients, associate, and business partner she comes in contact with like a close member of her family. I would recommend her to anyone as the premier real estate agent in the San Antonio area.
