Team Nelson helped us finally downsize when our big house sold in 2015. Selling the house was a bit of a challenge, because it needed some updating. Baby Boomer Chic wasnt popular with younger buyers, even though our house was in excellent condition. Rather than telling us to spend thousands on updates (that potential buyers still might not like), Team Nelson suggested a sell what ya got approach. Our house was on the market longer than average, but with patience and persistence, the right buyer was found...a buyer with a big family. We are happily settled in a ranch house one-third the size of our big house. Team Nelson was a big help in making it happen.

We had an exceptional experience with the Nelson Team. First of all, we are NOT related. The perfect opportunity unexpectedly presented itself in Grand Prairie. There was a beautiful cul-de-sac lot backing up to the woods of Joe Pool Lake that we, and many others, wanted but the builder was not releasing it. Total serendipity that we were the first in the sales office the day the builder released the lot. Problem was we had a house in Hurst to sell. I called on Team Nelson who immediately did our listing, had an open house, and sold it within days for the price we wanted and needed. Everything fell into place perfectly. I’m still amazed.
