We recently purchased a home using Realty One. Our realtor was Yasir Einaudi, he was the best we have ever worked with. He did an excellent job at helping us find the perfect home for us. He did everything in a timely manner. We were able to go from offer to client in three weeks. Yasir is very professional and costumer service focused. We HIGHLY recommend Yasir if you are looking to purchase a home or on need to close on a home quickly.

It is hard to describe how awesome of an agent Yasir is. I bought the house while being 10 hour drive away without having to physically go to the house. Yasis is much more than just a real estate agent. He is very knowledgeable with every little detail related to real estate. He is very responsive (he efficoebtly and smartly handled one of many hurdles of the buying process while being on a plan coming back from a business trip). He is vert resourceful and helpful.I worked with many real estate agents in the past 8 years and Yasir is by far the best I have ever seen.

Talk about turnkey! As a first time real estate investor, Yas helped me find the right property, right deal, and the right tenant. Yas was very professional and thorough through the entire process keeping me updated on all the progress and presenting options for potential ARV additions.He treated my investment as if it were his own. What more could you ask from a real estate investment partner?He made the whole process so simple, even though he had to deal with an out of state investor. He’s the guy you want to work with. Where do I start??? Yasir has been an invaluable resource for me as a new investor who dreamed of investing in El Paso. El Paso is the best fit for many reasons but for me it is the people. The people are kind, honest, professional and will do anything for you. This sums up Yasir. I have been working with him for 5 months and I now own a great cash flowing duplex and have more purchases on the radar. His knowledge is priceless and oh I forgot to mention...I LIVE IN OREGON! My friends and family always ask how that works with a curious judgmental glance about investing from afar. I tell them I have an amazing team and Yasir pretty much leads me and the group. Beside advising me on real estate he has given me countless leads from lenders of all kinds, inspectors, banks, the bug guy, the electrician, the AC company to property managers. He is simply the best!

I reached out to Yasir 7 months while I was out of state and planning to move to El Paso. I needed help understand El Paso’s local RE market, his response to my inquiry was “maybe there is something I can do to help you getting started in RE Investing”. He did. He introduced me to his network in RE, a banker that in turn connected me with RE attorney that led me to a wholesaler who became my guide to the local market. I had six properties under contracts in the span of 3 months or so. I go to Yas when I need an opinion on prospective deals, COMPs and who to use for certain jobs.
