    I was lucky to have Xan as my realtor for my first home buying experience. I ended up purchasing a home outside her market, however she vetted other realtors for me, made contact and guided the process up until closing. She was always available and responsive for questions and feedback. She is professional and I trust her judgment 100% she really knows the market and strives for the best for clients.     Xan is an absolute delight to work with! I was a first time home buyer so naturally I had a lot of questions. There were times when I was confused, naive, and once frustrated throughout the process. I think one of her strongest attributes is she is extremely patient and diligent - and wants to make sure that you, as her client, have all the necessary information to make the best decisions.Some of her other qualities that I really like is her positivity and her work ethic.     We recently relocated from California to Austin, TX and wanted to purchase our first home before the move. The plan was to visit Austin to get a feel of the neighborhoods before putting offers on homes, but the pandemic put a halt on those plans. We reached out to Xan and asked for her help in guiding us find the perfect first home for us. She was absolutely fantastic and helped us every step of the way. As first time home buyers, we knew very little about the home buying process and were very nervous being remote in California, but Xan made the process 100% stress free and exciting. She made it easy for us to understand things and make decisions. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional and provided valuable insights on the market trends and homes assessment at every juncture. From arranging virtual showings to recommendations on home inspectors and lenders etc., she provided us with everything we needed to close on our home. We really appreciate her hard work, patience and due diligence along the way (promptly responding to our mails/messages even on weekends and over Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays), and cant thank her and her team enough!
