    Mindset Coach Holly is such a JOY every time I speak to her. She has helped me look at my blind spots that I didn’t recognize in an ‘easy to chew’, small bite sized way.     Coach Candace has an amazing way of helping me to dig deep with my thoughts. She is so easy to communicate with and I leave each session just is awe of how our call was so positive and productive.     I have been a member of WREIN since December 2021 and I am so grateful to be a part of this spectacular group of women. From the information provided, the training, and coaching session it is really the entire package. I learned so much and have also applied my learnings and am officially a Real Estate Investor! One of the greatest things I love about this network is the coaching… there is group coaching and 1:1 coaching and both are great. I really enjoyed my coaching sessions with Candace who was my mind set coach, she did a great job helping me get out of my own way and talking me through my mindset blocks.

The WREIN Masterclass is the first program that actually gave usable information for a small cost. It was 5 days of amazing information that left me wanting to know more.     I joined Jumpstart in July and just closed my first real estate investing deal 2 weeks ago. I have enjoyed the trainings and find the network most beneficial. I have found two other ladies to work on deals with and also my lender for my first flip within the network. I will be staying with WREIN after my six months in Jumpstart comes to an end. Highly recommend if you’re willing to learn, do the work, and not expect everything to be handed to you!

    I was very inexperienced and uneducated about real estate investment before taking the 7 day Without Fear of Her Future real estate investment training. Tresas classes were very informative and many experts in the field were guest speakers. She broke things down to make it easier for newbies like myself to understand. There were many times that questions that participants shared with her were addressed. Overall, the training was well worth the money! I paid the extra to be able to Zoom with her before each session. This gave me more opportunity to hear answers to questions many of us had. I would highly recommend this training to anyone looking to begin investing in real estate!

    When I first saw Tresa advertising REIN, I was skeptical to say the least, but for such a reasonable price, if I only got one or two tips, it was worth it so I signed up.     Hello ladies. The Without Fear of Her Future Master Class is definitely worth your time, energy, focus and $17.00. Teresa has made this program affordable for anyone that is interested in investing their time! You receive information on many strategies of real estate investing. The information is very informative and presented by caring, compassionate, and giving team members. When your class is over you will be given the opportunity to join a mentorship program. Although you can be successful with the knowledge you gain during the class, the mentorship program takes the learning to the next level.     Information received during the challenge was helpful for someone with a real estate background wanting to get involved in investing to understand and comprehend as it was fast paced and sometimes technical. The cost for the seven day challenge was minimal and very well worth the money spent however the investment of further mentoring to get involved with the program afterward at best was overpriced and no guarantees. Throughout the challenge my questions were never answered and repeatedly overlooked even when others pointed out they would like answers to my questions as well. A greatly reduced price to experienced agents or investors should be something to consider down the road in future challenges or an alternative course for us. I like the fact that it is Christian-based but found it troubling that it had to be held on Wednesday night while during the challenge it was suggested future discussions would be on Thursday. These are easy fixes in the future.

Other programs charge an arm and a leg for similar; instead, this Challenge is seriously affordable and effective for women who are capable, but who dont already have big bucks just to learn the basics. This program covers a range of strategies. Tresa Todd-Lutgen anchors each segment, but she brings in other speakers, too, giving exposure to different expertise. The related topics were so helpful: for instance, I had not considered liability protection, asset planning and protection, or tax issues. I found this really useful, especially having no prior experience with real estate investment. I will let others speak to the value for people already working as realtors or other aspects of real estate.Yes, there is a pitch for a much bigger program with a much bigger price tag. However, this Challenge itself presents a ton of useful information across 7 sessions, for an amount that just about *anyone* can afford. Thats unique in my experience, and it is what I like best about this WREIN 7-Day Challenge: it is accessible. And it really is enough info to get started, if you are willing to take the next steps outlined and tap into recommended resources for help along the way.

    Im so excited - I have been rocking and rolling and door-knocked and emailed so much in the last two days! :) I have even started a contract on a house, set up an investor with a wholesaler on a 28 unit resort by the lake, connected another investor with a seller, and am currently negotiating with a real estate agent that is looking for a mobile home park for his client (and I just so happened to come across one by a lake today). The seasoned real estate agent said, Wow. Youre good. And as they continue to add support staff the service improves.The support offered by their financial advisor partner is not so great as that company uses the referral as a sales lead and their support is hit or miss depending on the advisor assigned to you.I recommend WREIN for the information they provide on real estate investing but the financial advising of Anderson Advisors is not reliably high quality so be aware before joining if that element is important to you.
