A friend recommended Jeff to us. We were in a pretty tricky spot, needing a house that fit very specific criteria in one of like five neighborhoods that were zoned to our preferred schools, needing to sell our previous home simultaneously, and needing it all to happen inside of a two month window. We went into it pretty anxiously, knowing from past real estate transactions with other agents that we were asking for too much. Jeff made it all happen SO SMOOTHLY. He’s a delight to work with. He has an incredible handle on negotiation; we’ve never had transactions go this much in our favor before! And somehow both parties were still happy at the end. I guarantee you’ll be glad you picked him.
