We had a rental house to sell quickly and frankly it needed more repairs than we had time or energy for. On a whim, we called We Buy Ugly Houses. We were sent (same-day) a trustworthy, respectful agent; very honest and thorough upfront. We expected a high-pressure trust us approach and this was the exact opposite. Pleasantly surprised. And a very reasonable offer, too, frankly more than we were expecting.
