Her business savvy gives her the ability to make a reasonable offer to a property owner based on condition and market values. As a local Broker Associate with Bold Real Estate Group, I have had the opportunity to work with Marie selling her properties once she has rehabbed them. After losing my husband, during the Covid crisis, these folks were a godsend to me at a time in my life when I was under the stress of having to sell my house in one state while living in another state. After 3 months of trying to do this long distance, it became very high pressure and stressful for me. From the moment I began working with HomeVestors until the closing, I was very impressed with the professionalism and the understanding these people had for my personal circumstance regarding the matter. Throughout the whole process, I was contacted almost daily with updates on how things were going with explanations of each step that was taken to get us to a final dollar amount agreement of the sale and on to the final closing day. It only took a little over a month to complete and finalize. I didnt have to worry about a thing. I just sat back and let them handle everything and they did a magnificent job in relieving my personal stress and any financial worries regarding the whole process. This was absolutely the best way to go for my home selling situation and I want to personally thank Marie Talamini in Tyler, Texas for her kindness, integrity, and as the seller, understanding of my side of the situation. Everything she explained and said she would do, she did! (Just a note: my house was not an ugly house...albeit an older, smaller house, people always commented how cute and nicely decorated and well kept it was....I had a lot of pride in my little house! Buyers inspection prior to offer took less than two hours and both parties were honest about all aspects of a potential deal. There were no hidden costs or unexpected caveats and buyer got what they expected also.
