    First off I dont do reviews. However with the service I received from Taylor an Ms Lisa I had to take the time an share my experience. Taylor came out he wasnt like the our guys looking for a investor or looking to get 3% of my money he stated we have a guaranteed cash offer an competitive offer. Well to be honest he did what he said. Everything was on time I was able to close on time with Taylor an buy a brand new home. Thank you guys.(Taylor an Ms Lisa.) Now to you thats reading this review if you want to sell your home without alot of people in an out your home or the guys telling you they will buy your home with alot of empty promises an wasting your time. Go with Taylor an Ms Lisa believe me you will thank me later.

    Let me tell you about my experience with Bryan and Cheri Bennett at HomeVestors. They took the time to understand my situation and were very empathetic. They made an offer that was exceptionally fair, especially considering the condition of my home, so I wasted no time searching for other buyers and accepted it.     My aging parents found themselves no longer able to keep up with the day to day maintenance of their home of 45yrs. We setup an appointment for him to walk through the house (inside and outside) and after approx 30 min, we sat down and were presented with a very fair offer.     I had an excellent experience with Mark Brown and HomeVestors. My house was going to require a significant investment to get it market ready and I was under a time crunch for a fabulous new job in another state. I decided to explore selling to an investor and got bids from 3 different companies. My house was complicated to value because of its size and they came out twice. The second time they literally measured the square footage. The other companies just shot from the hip and threw out a low ball bid, but HomeVestors did their due diligence to accurately assess the value of the house and presented me with an offer that was far better than the others. They were flexible on closing dates so I could coordinate with closing on my new house. Overall an excellent experience.

    I sold my home to Residential Solutions LLC. I was busy with work and did not have the time nor the patience to get my home ready for sale or for showings. I found another home that I wanted to purchase and homes were flying off the shelves due to such low interest rates. I contacted Greg Vasterling who set up an appointment with me to come look at the house. In the meantime I was contacted by an acquaintance of mine that was interested in purchasing my home as an investment property. I contacted Mark and let him know. He said he understood but if anything changed to make sure to let him know. Well to make a long story short something happened in the acquaintances personal life that did not allow them to go through with the purchase. I contacted Mark back and he came out to look at my home. My home was 10 years old and in great condition. I had a lot of equity in my home. Greg and I negotiated a price that worked for the all of us. Greg works for Mark Struzik. It was a smooth and painless process. They got a home in great condition, I got a fair price, and I got to purchase my forever home. I cannot thank them enough for making the process transparent and as easy as possible. Both great guys!

    I wish there were 6 Stars! Steve Stimson came after I called, soon after my husband passed away.I was amazed by his empathy, his honesty and by his support and encouragement through the Probate process which, unfortunately lasted 3 years. He gave an honest evaluation of the property, but still gave me reason to be proud of my home. He was a calming force in a very stressful situation for me. Even when the market changed, he gave an honest re-evaluation of the property. I can honestly say I would rather deal with him than anyone else.

    We were nervous about selling our home but a new business opportunity came up and decided to to sell. Residential Solutions wsa one of the first numbers I called. Greg Vasterling called me back that day and responded the next day before noon . He looked our place over, told me what he thought it might be worth . He told us he would go meet with the ownerMark Stuznik , and would get back with an offer. The next day. Later that same day Greg called and made an offer right then over the phone. I had told him what it took for us to sell. He offered that amount. We took it . He said he needed 10 days and we could close anytime we wanted after that.The next day he called and said we’ll be ready in about 5 days . I scheduled a noon closing in my house and they sent a notary person with all the closing experience. She closed and we had money deposited that same day.So it can happen , and it did.
