Dustin helped my wife and I buy our first house, and was great in facilitating the process. We had so many questions, never having been through it all before, and he was patient and beyond accommodating. He helped us steer clear of places that would have become money pits with his knowledge of construction, and into a great home for our growing family. Many thanks to him and his awesome staff! We love our new home!

It’s been a little over a year since we purchased our house with Dustin’s help. We feel like he helped us find the absolute best value and neighborhood for our needs. We didn’t know much about New Braunfels and he really helped us explore the different areas and was so patient with us. He had a great relationship with every realtor/development representative we met with which says a lot about his reputation. We were lucky to go through the experience with him. Thank you, Dustin!

When my wife came to Texas to house hunt while I remained out of state to finish my job, we were very fortunate to have found Dustin and Matt from Vista Realty. They did a great job in helping her locate the perfect house and worked seamlessly with me via long distance to answer all my technical questions. They really do look out for their clients best interests, and at no time did we feel pressured or rushed to take a certain course of action. They also worked hard to get us an even better deal than expected. Great folks to work with and highly recommended.

Gee Montenegro with Vista Realty is amazing! He was crucial in helping us find the perfect house! Wed been looking online for a while on our own and never found the right house but after enlisting Gee as our realtor he found the perfect house for us right away. He helped us negotiate the terms and get a quick closing date so we could move in. He checked in with us frequently during the in between time after our inspections but before closing. He has checked in a couple times since we moved in just to make sure everything was going well. He genuinely wants to ensure you have the best experience possible buying or selling your home. I highly recommend Gee to anyone shopping for a home.

Thank you to Dustin Erwin and the amazing TEAM at Vista Realty for always being my go to TEAM for all of my Real Estate Transactions. I have completed 7 transactions using Dustin Erwin over the past 8 years and keep coming back because he makes Buying or Selling FUN! The TEAM at Vista Realty bends over backwards to ensure that you are comfortable with every aspect of the buying or selling process and is there to answer any question (no matter how miniscule it might be). There is no high pressure sales pitch here, actually quite the opposite approach is taken. I have dealt with numerous deals over a cocktail with Dustin and TEAM making my purchase or sale that much easier! Thanks Dustin for keeping it real and FUN.
