    I was referred to Virtual Business Solutions by a fellow professional entrepreneur at a time when I was being supported by a Personal Assistant that was not supporting my business needs in the capacity I needed. I was stuck in a whirlwind of trying to coach and mentor the person supporting me, however, was at the 11th hour of my anthology launching and knew I needed better aligned support.VBS called me a few times before I actually scheduled a call, which, I needed with my busy schedule. Her follow-up was essential and was exactly what I needed. After about a 2-hour pow-wow session, VBS was well on their way to providing me with an outline and proposal of the specific support I needed. I received a detailed deadline driven proposal within 48 hours as promised that we were able to come to agreement on and the work that VBS outlined began immediately.My media tour for the anthology supported the success of the anthology reaching international best selling status, which VBS strategically scheduled around my already busy schedule.     Let me tell you a little story !I was in the most stressful situation to turn essential documents in order to make a transaction happen.I could not find time to do it following to the fact that I was occupied in a very personal matter ! After almost getting a heart attack , I have remembered Tiffany,that was recommended to me by a realtor that I most respect. I called her and left a voicemail telling her that I need her for an emergency matter .... Well guess what! She called me back immediately even though she was on a vacation with her husband ,children and family while spending time fishing on a lake somewhere OUT OF STATE and came to the rescue ! Without her help, I would have lost that very essential transaction! Thank you Tiffany from the bottom of my heart! I will never forget that favor in my life !

    I was notified to be the keynote speaker for one of the most important events in my life. The purpose of the event is to bridge the gap between our service members and veterans and the business owners within their communities. The target audience will include US service members from each branch of service, state dignitaries and a variety of business professionals. What is conveyed will have a major impact on the success or failure of our efforts. We all know that one picture says a thousand words. Therefore our aim is to convey a message that will gain momentum for a campaign that is designed to go nationwide.I contacted Mrs. Tiffany Haynes of VBS to enquire if her company could help with the presentation. I received a reply to my enquiry in an impressive amount of time. During our first conversation Mrs. Haynes listened diligently as I expressed what I wanted in a PowerPoint presentation. Mrs. Haynes then asked targeted questions and we shared effective communication throughout her development of the product. The end result was a Power Point presentation the superseded my expectations. In order to ensure that the appropriate message was being conveyed I forwarded the presentation to the planning committee.
