Viet is a ROCKSTAR realtor. We were working with another realtor on a cross state move from CA to TX and were not getting the support that we needed. We reached out to Viet and the difference was night and day.Viet is very experienced and knowledgeable. We were able to find the exact house that we needed and negotiate to the price we are targeting. Our transaction went smoothly and we could not recommend Viet enough.Another perk in working with Viet is his network of partners that help make the whole transaction so seamless. We’ve used Viet Ha as our realtor in College Station twice, and we’ve enthusiastically recommended him to friends as well. Searching for a house from out of town requires an agent with strong communication skills, flexibility, and a willingness to take on several extra responsibilities. Viet demonstrated all of these qualities, but the reason we returned to him the second time was that we knew from our first experience that we could place complete trust in his advice and guidance as a buyer who wasn’t always available to tour homes ourselves. We’re grateful to Viet for protecting our financial interests when our emotions caused us to not see clearly and for taking the time to know our whole family personally so he could guide us to a home that fit our unique needs.

I cannot say enough how awesome it was to work with Viet as our realtor! My fiancé and I met Viet well over a year ago now when we were first looking to buy a home and we just recently closed on a new build that Viet helped us find. Patience and consistency are two words that come to mind as we’ve had the chance to work with Viet over the last year. We had a million questions as first time home buyers and Viet took the time to address all of our questions and then some. Not only was he patient with our questions but he also still found a way to help us even as we changed our minds on the types of properties we wanted to look every other month! Viet consistently checked in on us and actively followed up with us on alternative property locations and ideas. We buy and build a lot of property and Viet is the best realtor we have worked with. His firm and the entire College Station real estate buying process( title co, inspectors, so much more) is unreal. We laughed when they said we could close in 21 days but it happened. We were used to 4-6 weeks. I would use him and everyone we met in this process every time!!
