Venture Investing LLC was the sellers agent for the land I was purchasing for investment diversification. First time for me. The agent was Anila Shah and she was very professional and helpful. She explained the process and educated me with the necessary details. She would respond to my questions and requests in a timely manner. She also followed up the title company to make sure that everything went smoothly. It was very easy transacting with Anila and I felt very comfortable doing business with them.The initial listing on HAR had excellent information and further questions from me were answered fully. It is the first time that you have bought a land like this, all electronic and sometimes one can be suspicious, but we hope that everything is under the law. And we would not like to be disappointed. This company is great. We called them for a quote to buy our property and they sent us an offer in 7 days and we got paid 40 days later. We didnt have to go anywhere. They send all of our paperwork in the mail and then we received our check about a week later.
