He can utilize his 25+ years of industry experience to be a great problem solver for you and your circumstances. First I sold my house to Jeph and then he helped me get people to fix up my new place. I wasnt sure I wanted to work with someone but in the end I really feel I gained by giving it over to the pro and letting him deal with the headaches. I am currently working to secure my 2nd rental unit and again Jeph is helping me out. The best part is that he knows a TON about this business and is willing to say he doesnt know on things he really just doesnt know.
