Daniel came to look at our home during the initial visit. He was exceptional! Daniel was quite the professional and provided all the information we needed to proceed with the business plan. Thank you Daniel!Subsequently,Jason provided the quote and both parties signed the general contract agreement. One month prior to closing and after extensive preparation on our side, Jason decided he could not honor the general contract agreement. This was extremely challenging for us as sellers because we put full trust on the signed general contract and made financial plans based on it!After an extensive conversation about the significance of the signed general contract, he relented and agreed to pay a certain amount at closing and the rest in payments. Although, this was not the original plan, we decided to help him with this proposal and concurred to the payment plan.Ultimately, we did get paid the full amount and Jason agreed to abide with the original general contract. Thank you, Jason! I must state it was a nerve racking experience toward the end.At closing, we had a very smooth and enjoyable experience with Tania. She was very professional and expedited the process. It was the fastest closing process we have ever experienced! Thank you, Tania.

My husband and I heard Jason on the radio. We were going thru alittle situation. My husband gave Jason a call and he explained every little detailed about our processes. He worked with us and he us really professional in every way. Everytime we have a question we just call him and he answers the phone right away. Great attitude and really professional.
