I would totally give Travis a.k.a the Best 1 star if that would get your attention, but he dont deserve that craziness lol. First of all I was in Germany at the time of purchase through closing and Travis is one good set of eyes I had over at the home location. He is not going to cajole you into buying a house that you dont love, or isnt safe.Fast forward to after I found the home that was a fit for me, my needs, and budget, he was always responsive, friendly and very professional. Definitely utilizing his expertise again when I start hunting for property number 2 in the future - if he hasnt won the lottery and retired of course.

We used Travis for the purchase of our first home. He was very professional and quick. We explained to him what exactly we were looking for and the price range we were looking to stay under. We were in a year lease and he negotiated with the builder to help us get out of our lease on their dime. Travis took us to only the homes that we could afford and had what we were looking for. I was 9 months pregnant and did not have the energy to see places that we were not going to be able to afford or interested in. Travis literally showed us a house that we fell in love with and it was 2k over our desired budget so he spoke with the agent and within 30 minutes he had it lowered. Closing was smooth and easy, he was there for all the walk throughs and inspections.Travis is a Relator for you and works hard to get you in the home you deserve.I would recommend him to anyone interested in a house.
