We (my husband and I) met Tommy in July of 2013 when we moved into our 1st ever home (townhouse) we purchased. We knew the adjacent side was up for sale but unoccupied and were curious why we were hearing someone sweeping leaves in the patio. I decided to investigate and talk to the new owner. Surprisingly enough it was NOT THE OWNER. It was Tommy who was sweeping the leaves and taking care of the new property as if it was his own. After talking to Tommy and getting to know him, I told my husband the next property we buy or sell we have to use Tommys services. 10 years later Tommy has bought and sold 5 properties on our behalf. We have never used another realtor after meeting Tommy. His services will go above and beyond your expectations and you will be given treatment above V.I.P level. Huge thank you to Tommy for everything he has assisted us with in the last 2 weeks. He has worked around the clock and countless hours. He put our home on the market for lease and less than a week later we already had a signed contract. He was so detailed oriented and made sure the tenants were the right fit for our home. He went above and beyond on the lease contract to make sure that WE were protected as owners.After we received a contract on our home, we were on a mission to find the right home for us in a certain location. Tommy was very diligent in the homes that he sent us to make sure it would be a good fit for my family and I. Tomer Lankry always manages to surprise me again !!!!!This time I brought him a mission - sell me an old duplex that had a lot of problems, including problems with the tenants and the price I wanted was high and I wouldnt settle for it.He took this project with two hands and within a few days the house was clean and he fixed all the problems in the house like only he knows to do. He brought in a professional photographer to photograph the house from every angle, and within 48 hours we received 12 offers on the house for the price I requested and even more. He is a PROFESSIONAL, he deals with all the issues and informs me about what I have to decide about. But I didn’t had the courage since the difficult of finding the right house and putting all your trust in a Realetor to go there by him selfInspect the house for you and by he’s judge you will confirm with a single “FaceTime” if that’s the right house for you and to bid it.Tommy was fully honest with me during the all process until we found the “Right one”After we send the contract I came to Texas to see it my self, Tommy met me there and explain me on the existing issue and he had a knowledge about construction that I think most of the Realetor don’t have, he knew from the inspection what really need to be done and what not, what would be the price ranges, and which company to call since I’m not from around here. Tommy got me a great deals from all partiesBottom line -He helped me more than he thought of he’s commission (which is not that obvious at all with today Realtors)I fully trust him, and now he know that next year I’ll buy another property with him hereThanks tommy!
