Pity there are only 5 stars possible. We had a first rate experience working with Tiffany and her real estate group. She sized up our property as she knew the neighborhood first hand. She priced us right, suggested minimal changes and staging and voilà, we had an offer that was our asking price in two days or less. There were some shaky moments leading up to closing but Tiffany handled it for us and we closed without further incident. An excellent experience that I would recommend to any potential buyers or sellers.

Tiffany helped us buy our first home in 2015. We wanted to buy fast and she showed us about 20 houses in 4 days, even working around our schedules. Tiffany helped us buy our first home, in an incredibly challenging market on a specific budget, and she was truly a pleasure to work with all around. I am originally from Austin, and wanted to prioritize finding a home within the city. We saw many houses, and Tiffany helped us really figure out and narrow down our own expectations for location, size, willingness to take on renovations, and plan for eventual resale. She is endlessly patient, positive, and a wonderful communicator, and was understanding during some difficult decision making times. When we changed our mind between two houses while in negotiations, Tiffany helped us make a strong offer in a multiple offer situation, and move quickly but with all the necessary information, securing the best house we had seen in months. Tiffany knows this market in and out, is patient and knowledgeable, but can also be tenacious and tough when required, as well as a truly good person looking out for her clients, as she would her friends. My husband and I have worked with Tiffany since 2006 and would not have it any other way! I refer all my friends to her and often describe her as a bulldog. She will fight for you when sellers/builders would seek to take advantage of buyers. When we built our home, the builder built the wrong elevation, a $6K upgrade we did not select nor was it in our budget to do so. They told us they would roll the cost into our loan, Tiffany was immediately on the phone and 20 min later we were advised we needed to come by the builders office the following day to sign off on a statement that said we were aware of the mistake and that we would NOT be responsible for the cost. They also tried to short us on landscaping that was included in the promotion we received when we signed our contract, Tiffany swiftly fixed that issue also. I dont offer trust and loyalty freely, Tiffany has earned that from us. Give her a shot! You wont be disappointed!!!!
