Tiffany took her time in preparing our home in such a meticulous fashion that we were presented an over asking offer on the 1st day it was listed. She also presented us with the necessary data and buying trends to help us be comfortable with listing our home for more than we even thought it could sell for! She made the process not only easy, but fun too! Her strong negotiating skills are the best we’ve experienced after multiple buying/selling experiences. Tiffany helped my mom find a house when she relocated from another state. As my mom searched her needs and wants changed. Tiffany was very patient and helpful during the whole process. My mom was surprised to find that she could negotiate a house that was a new build...Tiffany helped give her the confidence and knowledge to ask the builders questions but was always knowledgeable and able to provide my mom answers to her questions during the process!
