Wells Group realtor Sierra Fullerton along with Marley Caliendo provided us with fantastic service as we searched for, found, and purchased a new home in Durango. The communication with Sierra and Marley was always great. From initially setting up our account, to the process of viewing properties, to all of the many details of putting in offers, going through inspections, and finally sealing the deal all the way to closing was absolutely outstanding. Eric is the best broker and agent. Ever. For over a year, he helped us find the perfect retail location. Early in the morning and late at night hed be typing up LOIs and sending me potential locations. Even when he was commuting, he would answer my calls. Eric is a true advocate and stand-up guy. Even though she and wells group do not manage rentals she was able to offer advice and direct me to a great place in town AND help me submit an application to view the property and get my foot in the door. Friendly Caring Staff very careful and reasonable faculty personelle if your looking to buy a horse drawn chariot but its clear this nonprofit is like in North Korea, a false door ceiling and security hatch mirror wardrobe with no actual people settling families into houses at all.. . too busy in the arms race. Wells owners could care less about creating successful communities here and now clearly and forever to be remembered as one of the hands withholding shelter for those in need.
