Brandi and Raul have been a blessing in my life. They basically helped me make $100k in 4 months which is pretty good for a 30 y/o. They are honest, upstanding, talented people who genuinely want whats best for you and your family.The Vela Team found a deeply undervalued hidden gem on the East side for me after only a handful of showings. They carefully examined the competing offers and managed to score the property for just $3k over asking (quite an achievement in Austin) BUT then proceeded to methodically leverage a series of inspections to compile a list of minor issues which they used to negotiate an additional $7k off of closing costs, meaning they actually scored the house for LESS than asking!It was easy riding from there. The closing process was extremely streamlined and simple, all I had to do was docusign a few things from the comfort of my home. After I said Ill take it I barely had to lift a finger and The Vela Team handled the rest, which was great since I am usually extremely busy with work.The fact that you get two relators for the price of one (no cost if youre the buyer) is an added bonus because someone is always available to take your call or help with the process. While Raul combed through the properties with a fine tooth comb and crunched the hard data, Brandi walked me through every room asking questions like how is this going to make you feel? How will you use it and decorate it? What could we do to add value? So you get the best of both worlds.The Vela Team are the kind of people you would trust with your mothers money... In fact I am! They just agreed to help my mom find an investment property too so I am very excited to work with them again. 100% would recommend.

Love working with Raul & Brandy! They are truly the best! If you buy or sell a home with them you can relax and know they are taking care of you and looking out for your best interest, always. They go above and beyond for their clients every step of the way from helping you find the perfect home or listing your home to sell quickly at the best price, to handling all of the possible repairs needed, communication with all parties involved in the transaction and making sure the process is smooth for their clients!

Absolutely amazing. We were randomly referred to Brandy and Raul and it was one of the best things to happen to us while looking for a home. They were incredibly informative, professional and thoughtful. We were always on the same page with each other. They handled all our questions with ease and calmness. They helped with every step and still help us even though we’ve already bought our home. Lol! They’re the absolute best and definitely worth it.

Brandy and Raul went above and beyond to help my mom sell her house. Not only did they list and sell the house. They also helped tidy up, stage and even touched up a few areas. They were very helpful when we were negotiating and making decisions to sell the house. We love the team! We would highly recommend them again!
