I can’t even begin to describe how much Randy went above and beyond for us. Almost 6 months and went under contract a total of 3 times with this property. We had the most difficult time(not his fault at all) getting it approved and closed but he persisted and we were finally able to close just recently. This is our third property that he has helped us close on in the last year. If you want someone who will be on your side and help you all the way, then Randy is the perfect guy. He does a great job in what he does and I would recommend 100%.
