I highly recommend The Pettitt Group for your realty needs! Amanda and Alex helped me rent out a property and then sell it. When we rented my home out, they were able to quickly find a renter at 20%+ more than my prior renter. They handled all of the screening, and I had zero issues with the renter, plus they made the paperwork easy. When it was time to sell my home, they got a better price per square foot than many homes in the neighborhood, even in a tumultuous market, and sold it much faster than I expected.Amanda and Alex were trusted and patient advisors over the entire time I considered selling my home, and then when I actually put it on the market. They provided excellent data and analysis with realistic insights from their experience that helped me make informed decisions. I felt confident in every decision I made under their advisement. Amanda helped me decide on realistic investments to improve the sale value without breaking the bank and provided excellent advice on negotiation through the sale. Any time we needed recommendations for contractors to help, they had excellent people who could help us quickly. When we hit a rough situation with an inspection surprise, Amanda constantly helped us drive toward resolution with a former contractor who had to complete work on the home before sale. This was not a problem she had anything to do with, but she was there to help fix it.Finally, they went the extra mile.
