Growing up our family business was real estate. As an adult buying and selling several properties , I never received near the quality of service that I expected . That is until the experience I had with Greg . Unfortunately my house sale was the result of a divorce . The whole experience was extremely difficult for me . Greg went above and beyond to make this unwanted event go as smooth as possible given the circumstances . He took care of many things that were not his responsibility , simply because I did not have the emotional energy it required . With over 30 years of personal experience in real estate I would definitely recommend Greg Clark hands down for an empathetic, caring, aggressive realtor that gets results. I was very satisfied with how he handled this difficult situation for me .

Greg Clark is a phenomenal advocate for his clients. In February 2024, we met with him to discuss selling our home. He was very knowledgeable in knowing what buyers are going to be looking for in our home. We did that work on our house that he suggested. In March 2024, he listed our home for us. Then he worked all kinds of angles to get our home seen: 3-4 Open houses, sharing information with other agents, social media VLOG’s, and honestly probably some other things that we did not know about. You see, we all knew that our house was for someone but it wasn’t going to be the new build with a perfect design. It was 50+ years old, had peculiar add-ons that worked great for us but wouldn’t appeal to very many other folks, and needed more updates. We had square feet of living space, acreage, & location going for us though. Miraculously, well actually because of Greg’s consistent showmanship, we went under contract in August. He was so knowledgeable and experienced with our negotiations with our buyer. And those negotiations were quite involved and lengthy! Then it was time to discover our new home. He knew right away that we would choose 1 of 2 homes that we all worked together to find. However, we wanted to see others also. He was so patient with us and so accommodating to our wishes. FInally, it was time to make an offer and negotiate a buy for us. Again, he used his extensive knowledge and experience to work things out with our seller to the satisfaction of all involved. Additionally, Greg has a plethora of resources to assist his clients. We ended up using the mortgage lender & servicers that he recommended. We used the moving company that he recommended. We used the foundation & septic people that he recommended. During that time of working on our foundation to the home we were selling, he was instrumental in getting the errors in the work corrected wisely and timely. He did an outstanding job of navigating the work for our septic system and foundation certification for the place we were buying. We closed on September 23, 2024 on both homes. It was moving day! On that day, he brought burritos and Dr. Pepper to feed the moving crew. In fact, He often did small things like that for the people involved with both transactions. With Greg Clark, you get an extremely knowledgeable agent with tons of experience & a great many resources. I had so many challenges facing me when I decided to sell my home after 20 years and buy a much better place for me to live. Greg was so helpful and patient with me. He always made himself available whenever I had questions or wanted to view a house. The best part was how honest he was. He was never afraid to steer me in a direction that was better for me. Greg made this challenging experience so much easier. I was even able to close on my new house very quickly because he worked closely with my lender to get things moving. I would like to give a huge shoutout to Greg Clark for all the help he provided while selling my home. As a young home buyer/seller it can be hard to really to figure things out on your own, but thankfully Greg put in the work, took a load off of my shoulders, and got us the best deal possible when it came to buying and selling my house. Going through many personal issues at the time his help took so much pressure of off me in the whole process. I would highly recommend 10 out of 10 times.

Our entire experience with The Patriot Group felt like a big Papa-Bear-Hug (albeit a virtual one)! After loosing our dad during the height of COVID travel restrictions, our family was wrought with the thought of selling the family home of three generations while we lived thousands of miles away. I’m forever grateful that Greg answered his phone that day after many others did not. I was immediately reassured and comforted by Greg’s genuine excitement and kind professionalism. He knew exactly what to do and communicated clearly with our family throughout the entire time. He had an exciting marketing plan complete with an expected timeline and he made it ALL happen as promised! Greg and his team worked so hard and smoothed everything over for us – from dealing with property security concerns, staging that included a major clean-up inside & out, fantastic photographs that highlighted our homes greatest features, plus the 3D floorplan and virtual tour was absolutely incredible. Our home’s massive online presence and the multiple open houses really opened up the possibilities for a diverse group of potential buyers, plus Greg is an expert at dealing with all kinds of offers and people! Greg sold our house for more than I expected in a short time and made all the e-paperwork easy to complete remotely.
