We were delighted to work with the entire Merlo Team in the purchase of our home in The Woodlands. Dany and Ruth were super helpful and proactive, listened to all of our request, negotiated the best terms with our counterparty and were able to successfully close on the property we wanted to purchase. Their help and assistance did not end there - post-sales, they helped us with all of the utility hookups, enroll our kids in school, and helped us with contractors and cleaning companies making changes and getting the place clean and ready for move-in. Daniel spent hours and hours explaining all the options available the comps of each area and found us the best house for our family, just what we were looking for. He made the process incredibly easy since were not living in the US he definitely made an outstanding work besides of doing a methodical inspection of the house.
