Colby never once seemed irritated or upset by my uncertainty.When it came time for us to finally list our house he was very thorough and very informative! I was profoundly amazed with how quick Colby Meals and his team got everything handled for my house. I had gotten into a mess with another Real Estate company who messed up a lot of things as far as getting the house sold. However, after my Dad suggested Colby Meals everything began to run smoothly and was processed quicker than I expected. Colby Meals was communicative with me via text and email. His team got everything handled quite sufficiently and even sent out a Title Company in Miami, FL where I was located at the time of closing. I was surprised at how smooth things were even with being there. Ally Baker was the one who helped handle all the calls and communication with the title company and she was super helpful. All around, I have had a great experience with The Meals Team and am happy with the results. It means so much to me and the closure I have gotten with this home has been a huge lift off my shoulders. Awesome Realtor in the Sherman, Texas area. Listed with the Meals Team on August 4, 2022. Cory held an open house that very weekend. Received a couple of offers and accepted a full price offer on August 15th. Was worried because of changing market conditions, thank goodness all worked out and we closed on the house in late September. Would highly recommend Cory and his team, they made sure everything went smoothly.

I absolutely recommend Amber Beam with The Meals team for any of your real estate needs. Amber sold our house and we purchased a new one through her as well. Both transactions she went above and beyond!During our purchase she faught for us as well as the sellers who she didn’t represent. Because of her, neither of us had to come out of pocket for the issue! If that doesn’t show the integrity and dedication Amber has for real estate then I don’t know what does.
