I had four realtors come talk to me about selling my home. The first three started by telling what was wrong with the house, so when it came time to say what they thought it should list for they low balled. Josh Marriott came over and was excited about listening the house. Josh started telling me everything he liked about the house. The others said we should list 15 thousand below what Josh said I should list for. Then they told me we would probably have to go down from that. I went with Josh Marriott from Keller Williams. Within Two Weeks we got an offer of 7 thousand less and held out until we got the list price. One of the best decisions Ive made was to trust what Josh said. The energy and enthusiasm thisMan puts into his work makes you excited and what the outcome should be. I whole heartedly recommend the Marriott Group. Thanks Josh good job buddy.
