I will start with I am probably not the easiest clients to sell for I have a ton of new things going on and getting my place ready to sell has been a chore especially since I am choosing to sell and dont have to sell. What needs to get done to get top dollar has put on the back burner for the most part but that doesnt matter to Tracy, she has made things happen despite me dragging my feet. It seems to be a crisis in my books, but Tracy always handles it with a smile and firmly pulls out all the positive. I would definitely recommend her to many people in future to be their agent for buying or selling. shes a very hard worker very dedicated and goes the extra hours and miles to get you what you want. And she is the most patient woman I think I know. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. And up-to-date on everything going on in real estate.
