Char is phenomenal! When we were stationed in Japan, she worked with us to find a home before we got back to the states. We were very picky but Char was up for the challenge. Once we got here, there wasn’t much for us to choose from, so she helped us look at rental properties even though that was not her job. We took a break from looking for a house, but when we were ready, we got with Char and she found the perfect house for us! She is always upbeat and willing to answer any questions. We are SO HAPPY that we used The Glidden Group to help us find our home!!! They are the best realtors in Abilene by far. We were in a serious time-crunch to find a home, and the market had been insane for the last few months. We really thought we would end up renting again, but Char convinced us that it was possible, and she was right!James took us to all of our showings, helped us identify which homes may not be the best fit for us, and which homes would hold their value over time. He is so knowledgeable about home improvement and was able to let us know if there was something about a home that might not be within our DIY abilities to fix.When we were ready to put in an offer on a house, Char took care of all the details, was great at helping us build a solid offer, and made sure we understood how the appraisal/inspection process would go.
