After serving our country for almost 25 years, my wife and I decided it was time to settle down near family. While shopping for homes in Texas, we requested an agent through Zillow and Austin Bates gave us a call. Austin was extremely professional and knowledgeable about shopping for homes. He looked into the homes we provided him and also found homes that fit our criteria. Austin was quick to reply and provided excellent customer service. It was great to have a Realtor on our side since we are currently in Florida. Austin provided all sorts of information to help us understand the home buying process. He was available to go over things outside of working hours when we were free. He worked with my father-in-law, since I could not be there in person. I recommend Austin to any one who is looking for a new home. Do some research on what you want/like and Austin will work with you to get you into the home of your dreams. If you’re looking for a realtor, look no further- Arron Young is THE guy. He was with us from the very start and helped us find our dream home!Our schedule was not the easiest to work with but he always made the time for us. Arron is reliable, extremely kind, knowledgeable, and will go above and beyond to find you the perfect home. We toured a LOT of houses all over the DFW metroplex and Arron always met us with a positive attitude and a smile. If Arron had already seen a house with other clients and knew we wouldn’t love it, he would give us the heads up so we didn’t waste our time. It took months of searching but we found our dream home & Arron got us the deal of a lifetime on it. Even our lender commented on how well Arron did with our contract. I can’t recommend him enough. We absolutely love our Realtor Steven LaDart. He was able to do what 4 other realtor over 4 years and thousands of houses later could not . In about 8 months with him as our Realtor we found our perfect home. Nothing was too crazy for him, he would send us houses ,we would also send him houses, his wife Nicole was even looking for us,we were a team and then we would go look. He was very patient with us because I like to hike around the property. He made looking at homes enjoyable. Now let me tell you my husband and I are not easy people that look at houses I want different and unique and we both had a long list of wants in a house. My husband is the money and numbers man. So he would look at things and say I would like to retire in the future and this house is not showing me that in my future. So we would keep looking. Then we found the one and talked to Steven . He walked us through everything and made everything move fast and easy. Along this journey we feel we have made great friends with Steven & Nicole. Cant wait to have them over for BBQ.

Shannon Callahan represented us as buyers agent. Our experience in the buying process was great.Shannons work ethic is amazing. She was always available to answer any question or provide data related to properties. We worked with her from Washington state. We made 2 trips to Dallas area to look at homes. Shannon took the time spent 2 full days showing us the homes and was very patient with our questions.During the offer process and negotiation Shannon was diligent in the getting the docs created in time. Evaluated the options and suggested a few tips. She also negotiated title cost, Home warranty from seller as part of the contract.Feedback to Escalate group: One important thing buyers agent could do is to propose a price to negotiate. During sellers market buyers dont have a choice, however in the current market which is a buyers market, there is room for negotiation. The realtor company can do additional market analysis and propose a price to negotiate so that buyers can be delighted. In our case, I did my analysis and was able to arrive at a price that was below the asking. Also I analyzed the listing history before settling in an offer price. Additional analysis like this would greatly help the buyers. Fortunately I have the skills and time to do such analysis. Not all buyers do. If your company can equip your buyers agents with such analysis it will be differentiator from the rest of the agents.

Escalante offered a system notifying me by email each day of condominiums for sale in the areas of Dallas in which I expressed interest. Shea Dowell whom I had never met was the named contact. Her persistence resulted in my asking her to show me a variety of properties and over time we narrowed my choices down. Shea was patient and offered expertise and was quite fun to work with. Success! Shannon was really easy to work with and took us on a lot of showings until we found the property that we wanted to buy.She also helped us a lot in dealing with a very poor mortgage company, making calls on our behalf to our lending officer and his boss.Really good at coaching us on what an appropriate offer would be, and then on the value of concessions after the home inspection came in with some issues.I hope we arent going to be buying another house soon, but if we did, would definitely call Shannon up for another.

Sara Sutton is an AHHHMAZING professional, proficient, courteous, attentive, responsive, and patient realtor. We (family and I) were needing to find a home pretty quickly (due to some unfortunate circumstances) and therefore looked at a plethora of homes in the Fort Worth area. Never once did she balk at any of choices nor did she try to pressure us in ANY way to make a decision. Instead she would give us ideas on how to make it our own. We put in a couple of offers that fell through (very hot market) and she would pursue the other realtor as to why our offer was not accepted. Additionally, on the day of closing she knew we would probably be late getting our kiddos so she even offered to pick them up from school for us (however that is not a guarantee that she would do that for anyone else :)). Furthermore, at closing she provided us with a name plate with our name on it that she HANDMADE (again, not a guarantee she will do this for others :)). She truly embodies what a realtor should aspire too.
