I call Ellen and Tim the dynamic duo in real estate. Phenomenal experience working with Tim as our buying agent and Ellen as our selling agent over the past few months. First, we won an extremely competitive bidding process on a house with multiple offers the first weekend it went on the market. Tim knew how to guide us through structuring a winning bid without pushing beyond our level of comfort. He was responsive to each small question along the way (and I had many) and stayed in close contact so that we knew the status at each moment. He went above and beyond scheduling and attending specialized inspections of the roof, pool and foundation and walking us through the results and options at each step. After unexpectedly winning the house we did not think we could win, Ellen quickly jumped in and laid out a plan and timeline on how to sell our house. I didn’t think I would have time to prepare our house given other commitments over the summer, but Ellen broke each step into a manageable task and orchestrated various contractors to help us. Our parents bought this home more than 50 years ago, so not only did my sister and I grow up in it, but our children and grandchildren have made special memories there as well. Selling it was tough, but Ellen and her team held our hands and walked us through the process with warmth, compassion, and professionalism!It was important to my sister and me that our childhood home be sold to another young family, just as it had been in 1967 when our parents bought it. We were blessed to have amazing realotors Ellen Manning Davis , Adri and their amazing team are highly recommend if anyone is in the market to buy or sell. They were very organized and always keeping us in the loop with information. They include staging in their commission as no added fees. To be honest at first I was a little skeptical because our home was pretty cute to begin with but her design team has an eye for perfection ! From moving pre existing furniture/decor to adding and right down to even organizing my photo albums to be displayed in color coordination on my display shelf they have an ability to look at every detail in every room! Work with these wonder women! They came highly recommended to us by some friends. Usually, I expect that Ill be a little let down bc my expectations are high after positive reviews about something. However, everything Ellen and her team did for us was everything our friends raved about and more! They are all very personable and professional and every aspect of their work shines! I cant say enough good things about their staging (one of the ladies even had the foresight to take down a a framed picture she put up after staging photos bc she thought it was too close to our young sons reach and didnt want it to fall on him. And all along the way, they gave us recommendations and options and very clear explanations. Love them!

Tim was the best agent we have worked with during our 12 relocations over the past 50 years. Tim helped us look at resales while we were showing our lake home residence 35 miles away. Time was of the essence, we were in the Christmas holiday period and everyone was dealing with Covid precautions. We were moving things out while shopping for a new home over a four week period.Tim found several excellent resales for us to preview, while suggesting we look at a few builder spec homes in an area we absolutely never heard of or considered.Not only did he arrange appointments, he worked with several builder reps during the holidays so that we could lock in our purchase by noon on Christmas Eve. He even pointed out pros/cons of buying before our buyer’s option period ended. He responded to many late night texts and phone calls. He met us at closing to ensure every aspect of our purchase went smoothly.
