A fantastic group to help you find a new home! They were very supportive when we moved from Ohio to Texas and were looking for a house to rent. We then went back to them a year later to help us find our first home to purchase together. They listened to us every step of the way, helped us find homes that we liked and in our price range and helped us throughout the entire process. Could not recommend a better group!! Chase and Randy were amazing. I feel so ready for the process of saving, investing/clearing debt, wealth building and one day purchasing my first condo. I accidentally wrote this review on the wrong company (yikes) but glad I found the right TCREG 😂. Chase and Randy took the time to talk to me about my current financial profile and dispel all my fears and shame about falling from grace in the past few years after taking a few life knocks. They assured me this is something we all go through and helped me untangle the process and start my plan. I look forward to making their plan work for me and when im ready, i will make sure they are the people that help me close my first purchase. My experience with realtor Chase Sloan was great. She was professional and informative throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable and she included me in all communications with mortgage company, title company, etc. Prior to reaching out to Chase I had a horrible experience. Chase recognized my needs and never pressured me into anything I did not want or like. Chase was a wonderful blessing to me with the assistance of my first home. I am truly glad I made the decision to network with Chase. If I was not able to reach Chase, I received some form of follow-up from her assistant Antoinette, whom was also pleasant and professional. This is a one-stop organization! From the time I signed the contract, I knew that I was in great hands. Within days I was contacted and/or visited by the team members. They sent out a stager for a free consultation where I received expert advice on how to show my home in the best light. Then someone came out to take accurate measurements of each room. Within day, the sign man came to place the Coming Soon sign in the yard. Once I completed the necessary house and yard work, the photographer was out! She took such amazing photos that I almost wanted to keep the house. (Almost). I had an offer the day the house went on the market. But at the suggestion of Chase, no offers were considered for 5 days. A great strategy for my area because within 5 days I had 50 showings and 26 offers! An amazing experience overall.
