Our realtor Rose is very professional and patient in finding the best of the best house properties. I have changed my mind couple of times and Rose never gave up on me. She picked the properties based on my criteria and suggested locations which have good development/future. Working with Rose Boutros is one of those rare experiences that transforms a fraught process into a pleasure and an education. My wife and I were doubly nervous about the purchase of our first home; both becuase is was a new experience and because the birth our second child was due near our desired closing date. Rose was there at every step, talking us through best practices, thinking outside the box, ensuring we understood all options, and warning us of red flags. Where we needed recommendations for everything from lenders, to insurers, to contractors, she had great references ready. Even better, where we made choices outside her suggestions she was fully supportive. More often than not we went with her recommendation. Rose is both optimistic, and realistic; a true pro with an incredible acumen for real estate. I am overwhelming happy to say my family now has its dream home, and the reason we have this wonderful new home is largely due to the effort of Rose Boutros and her team! We met Rose randomly through Zillow but are SO glad that chance brought us together! Because of Rose, the first home buying experience my partner and I have shared has been great.Rose worked with our overly restrictive initial criteria and gently guided us to open up what we’d consider for our first home. As we learned to rely more on her experience and instincts, the houses we saw got closer and closer to exactly what we were looking for.While we searched for our home, Rose communicated frequently and clearly via group text with me and my partner. She sent us several homes that matched our criteria, so we could do our own research and be better prepared for the walk-through.She introduced us to a great team that included Emily from Network Funding, Mike from Noble Property Inspectors, Kirk from R.E. Construction, and the rest of The Boutros Group - Tina and Daffne. I can’t say enough good things about Rose and her team!! We never would have found this house and gotten through this process sanity intact without them! I feel like a good realty team is like a good maid of honor. They’re to keep you focused, calm and prepared in case of what can feel like an emergency. I would use this wonderful team again in a heartbeat but since we found a wonderful home to stay in for decades I’ll rave about them here and to everyone I know instead!!Edit: after saying bye and getting the keys I was sad I wasn’t going to see them every week anymore and almost cried so yes they’re absolutely wonderful
