Working with Abbie Reeves was such a wonderful experience. We were searching for a home that was four hours away from our current home so we werent always able to make it to town when there was a home we were interested in viewing. We needed someone who was compassionate and trustworthy.We knew that Tina Tomey was the perfect person as we had to prior real estate transactions handled by her and her team.She made us feel like we were her only customer and our best interest were top priority. She kept us informed the entire process. The customer service went well beyond the sale of our home but the transition to new life style was smooth.Buyers and sellers need to enter this process with realistic expectations. A couple weeks ago we closed on a cute little house that backs up to a canal. (I didnt meet anyone else at the Bly Team but based on our experience with Melinda Id be they are great.)

August 2023 - January 2024, we worked with Abbie Reeves from The Bly Team. My husband found her in the Zillow ad of a house of interest. We had spent the last year unsure as to the location of our retirement. We finally settled on south Texas, and with Abbies diligence, found the perfect home. She ALWAYS answered her phone. And when I say, ALWAYS --- I mean, always. No matter time of day or night, 7 days a week, Abbie was never off duty. There was once we called her throughout the day with all sorts of question, never knowing she was on vacation. It is no wonder she is rated as a top realtor along Galveston Bay.She is professional and incredibly thorough. We have had bad experiences with past realtors. Twice, we were misguided during the home-buying process due to their inadequacies.Abbie was an absolute breath of fresh air and a relief. She did everything right, and never once misled us. The second one was accepted and Im typing this up in my NEW HOUSE right now. Melinda is professional, works with you and your interests, and very responsive. Melinda is the realtor everyone needs!! She helped us buy our very first home a few years ago, and while we were nervous about the process because we had heard how stressful buying a house could be, she made the entire process so simple and so stress free! When we had questions or were confused about anything, we could call her up at any time (like literally, any time) and she was always there for us explaining simply whatever we needed explained. Then just recently we were transferred due to military and unfortunately had to sell our very first home.
