    Chris is a phenomenal person, he is also a fantastic realtor but I feel his personal characteristics are more important in this field. He is well versed in the industry as well as the geographic area he is serving. When I first met Chris I was a wild (and still am a little) bright-eyed 21 year old who just moved to Dallas and was looking for a place to rent. Chris helped me scope out places, picked me up, drove me around to tour, drove right past places he did not like for me and stayed in touch through the process; that was 8 years ago. Since then he has kept me in the loop on everything from homes on the market, market fluctuations (always sharing his best opinion both professionally and personally on if it is the right time to buy), investment properties/opportunities, and everything in between. Never treating me like I am not good enough, wealthy enough, etc. to do business with him and that means a lot to someone trying to make their way in this world. Although I have not purchased a home yet, and to no fault of Chris, but have started the process a few times, and he is always gracious enough to go down this road with me knowing we may have to cut it short; When I am ready he will be my first and only call.
