My husband and I just closed on our first lot, for what will be our future first home. We didn’t know the process of buying land in Texas and Blake was extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer every question or concern that we had. He was very patient and made the process smooth. And to add the cherry on top as soon as we closed our land tripled in value adding equity, living up to its name TEXAS DISCOUNT Land.
