Update (after home purchase):Teri is the best! We are from out-of-state and found Teri through her fantastic Zillow, Google, and Facebook reviews. We went through the entire real estate purchasing cycle with her and our experience is consistent with the reviews. During the home search portion, Teri was careful to listen to our needs, knowledgeable of the DFW area and current market conditions, super-responsive, and willing to provide as much information as we needed. Getting under contract is decidedly hard in 2022 and Teri is an agent you want on your side. She is confident, likable, aware of the market and people, and firm. After getting under contract, Teri was great with making sure all the needed inspections were done, helped us get in contact with the right people to make repairs, and made sure everything was properly handed off to us to close the sale. Teri is an agent that will support you from beginning to end. Weve worked with multiple agents at different times and different locations.
