Tara is more than just a realtor, especially to our family. She worked with us for over 6 years to help us find the best home. When we moved to Katy, we knew no one and nothing about the area. Our agent Tara was an absolute Pro on every aspect of our home buying experience! Her always positive attitude and knowledgeable guidance made our purchase all but trouble free. It seemed that no aspect was ever too small or inconsequential for her to completely understand how important it was or seemed to us at any given time. Even in situations related to our getting our new home that were not within her control, she still stepped in fearlessly as an unbiased mediator to do everything in her ability to make sure the deal as a whole never lost focus or got very far off track. This was our second Real estate transaction with Tara and both times we have felt completely at ease with her, yet understood that she was working tirelessly behind the scenes to make all that she was actually doing for us seem effortless at the same time. Tara is extraordinary! Thanks to her I was able purchase the home I wanted with VA loan. Unfortunately, I was already under contract with another realtor when I connected with Tara. I reached out to Tara due to extreme dissatisfaction, complications, misinformation and lack of disclosure on amounts owed upfront. Tara highly recommended Chris Kelso for VA loans. After one conversation with the Tara, she educated me with my options, thoroughly explained forms pending signature and the entire loan process. Shortly, after our conversation, Chris Kelso reached out to me and quickly started my VA loan application. Tara continued to reach out the entire time I was working with the previos realtor to ensure I was doing okay. She was always available to answer any of my questions or concerns . She even offered to go with me to my closing. Tara is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about empowering others to ensure buyers make the best choices when purchasing a new home.Thanks to her I obtained my VA loan with no issue and saved over $13,000 on closing cost fees.

This is the second time I got to work with Tara and boy am I glad we did. Selling our house took two attempts and each time, Tara did an amazing job staging our house for a quick sale and I got above asking both times. Buying a house was a rollercoaster but she kept the eye on the ball and talked me through everything. 5 months at offer 16, we close on the same of our dream house in 2 weeks. I could not be more impressed by her professionalism and going to extra mile for her clients.

Once again Tara proved why she is the ONLY realtor I will work with!!! A close friend was getting the run around from her real estate agent and ready to give up as a result. I gave her Tara’s contact information. My friend said Tara helped her more in a 15 minute conversation than the entire two weeks of attempting to work with her real estate agent. She was already under contract so couldn’t change agents but that didn’t stop Tara from helping any way she could, to include recommending a better lender to my close friend. Once the lender was changed she had a much easier time getting the loan approval.The closing on my close friend’s house would not be possible without Tara!!! I highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and excellent at helping others!!! Please don’t look for anyone else as a real estate agent because Tara truly is the best and will go out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction :)

Tara was amazing. We had inherited a house in pretty bad shape after my mother died, We are out of state, and could not afford to make many back and forth trips. Tara was such a help and such a comfort. She provided reliable information about the value of the house if it was move in ready, which it definitely was not! She then provided an estimate for necessary repairs and upgrades. She was more than willing to help us through that process if that was what we wanted. When we decided to sell as is, she helped us negotiate a great deal with an eager investor. We never had to list the house. But she did so much more than sell the house: she helped us dispose of items of value in the houe, helped us deal with a car that had no title, and seemed to be at the house all the time when we could not. She even found some helpful documents that we had overlooked! She was always available to answer questions. I am so grateful!
